The scientific WSC-13 activities will be held at park hotel “Vorobi” (sparrows). Located around 70 km off Moscow, the hotel is surrounded with endless options of excursions and outdoor activities in territory of 20 hectares of coniferous forest with Istia river and pond. Participants will live in comfortable single and double rooms. Free drinking water and tea or coffee is available in all hotel buildings.
Moscow has three main airports — Domodedovo, Sheremetievo and Vnukovo, all well connected with a city center by train. Local committee will help with transfer from train station/airport to the conference place. Detailed information will be available on this page later.
All foreign participants of the Conference must have valid documents to enter Russia. Conference partner, MESOL Agency, who is taking care of the registration and payment procedures, will also help you with invitation letter for visa. You can check whether you are eligible for visa-free entry on the Consular Information Portal (only in Russian, please use Google Translate).
To get an invitation for the visa, the following steps should be accomplished:

- Send visa support request and the copy of your passport to: email@example.com
You may select whether you need a scan copy of the Invitation by e-mail or the original hardcopy of the Invitation. Russian Consulates in some countries request the originals (please contact the Russian Consulate or internet visa center, for example: cibtvisas.com in your country for more details). The Invitation for visa is provided free of charge for registered participants. By default, it will be e-mailed to you as a scanned copy. If the hardcopy of Invitation is required by the authorities, postage expenses are covered by the participant.
