For participants, who would like to stay a couple of days before or after the conference in St. Petersburg, WSC-7 organizing committee arranged for the special prices at the 3-starts hotels of Eurasia Group. Please, mention key word «WSC-7» at booking. All prices are in rubles per room. Breakfast is included. Check out is 12:00 AM. Check in is 13:00 PM. Prices are valid for February 2010, 12–14 and 19–21.

The rules of booking in the hotels group «Eurasia»:

• Booking is made on the basis of the application for booking.
• Please, confirm your arrival one day before. You can do it by e-mail, or by telephone.
• In case of duly cancellation of the application for booking, (more, than I days prior to arrival), the hotel returns all sum of payment for the first day of residing.
• In case of untimely cancellation of the application for booking: At refusal less, than 1 day prior to day of arrival, the hotel keeps 100% from the sum of payment for the first day.
• Unguaranteed early check-in is free if rooms are available. Guaranteed early check-in is the guaranteed reservation from 06:00 until check-in time including breakfast. The cost of «Guaranteed early check-in» is 50% from the room price. Additional payment for the staying in the room after check-out time: 1–6 hours – pay by the hour (1/24 room price), 6–12 hours 50% from the room price per night, 12–24 hours the room price per night

Hostels

Economy student hostels can be booked by request to the organizing committee. They are located in 10 minutes walking to the host university. The prices are in Rubles per a person.
