Registration and fees

Registration fee includes

• Four overnight stays in the standard rooms
• Conference materials
• Meals, coffee breaks, banquet etc
• Tour of the city of Saint Petersburg

In fact, the only thing not covered by the registration fees is your travel to/from Saint Petersburg.

Payments

1. Register on-line or by e-mail
2. Get confirmation and invoice with your registration number from the Organizing Committee
3. Pay for your participation using the following instructions

Please, remember to state your name and registration number on your remittance. Note, that all bank charges and commissions must be covered by the sender!

The payment may also be made at the conference registration by cash (EURO, USD, or Russian rubles equivalents). This, however, must be adjusted with organizing committee in advance. Please note that for this kind of payment the late registration fee are applied.

Cancelation policy

Refund requests can be submitted to the Symposium Secretariat. 80% refund can be granted if notification of cancellation has reached us before December 1, 2009; 50% if notification of cancellation has reached us before December 20, 2009. No refunds can be granted after this date. Refunds will be processed after the symposium.
