All contributors are invited to submit their contribution(s) for publication in a special issue of the Journal of Chemometrics (Wiley).

The reviewing process will be as usual with two reviewers for each contribution. The authors are encouraged to propose reviewers for their contributions, but the editors make the final selection.

Contributors should submit their papers in the usual manner through Manuscript Central at the journal's website http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/cem

At the bottom of page one of the electronic submission form there is a question that asks "Is this submission for a special issue?" for which you should respond "yes".

At the bottom of page five there is box labeled "special issue information". Please enter "WSC-7".

If you forget to do this there is a chance that your paper might get reviewed and published as a regular paper. We will, however, do lots of double checking to make sure we have an accurate list before the issue goes to press.

Papers to be included in the special issue have to be received no later than April 15, 2010. This does not mean that you should wait until the deadline. In fact, the earlier you submit, the earlier your paper will be available on-line due to the early view option offered by the journal.
